It’s starting to feel very Atlas Shrugged in the world?
I worry, many nights and days, about where we are, and where we’re headed. I cannot see a clear path through this, that does not involve depression, starvation, war at a large scale…
My question is, if we are in Atlas Shrugged, then who is John Galt? Who can I turn to for leadership? If I want to stand up for my beliefs, for meritocracy, for freedom of thought and of the mind, where do I go? It’s not the US, at least not in any visible place. Europe? I wouldn’t know where? Switzerland, I suppose?
